Escape from the day to day and retreat to the Cattle Shed, a luxury barn conversion with cosy interiors, wild swimming onsite, an outdoor fire-pit & dedicated yoga space.

Give yourself the time & space you deserve to reset, reflect, & recharge.

  • Daily yoga practice in Angela’s signature style, encouraging you to explore your unique body and expand your sense of agency on the mat.

  • Situated in the stunningly beautiful Hope Valley, this retreat offers incredible access to nature’s healing power. With wild swimming and a myriad of walking and hiking routes on the doorstep we’ll be immersed in the natural beauty of the Peak District.

  • We’ll practice yoga together, gather over home cooked meals, and sip warm drinks around the fire. This retreat is an opportunity to connect with likeminded souls and meet yourself more deeply.

testimonials…

“I love that Angela always encourages us to do what feels good in our body in that moment. It has changed my perspective to focusing on sensations rather than what I think a move should look like. Thank you, Angela!”

“Its been a while since I’ve taken the time to get some yoga or meditation in so I greatly appreciate the accommodating and soothing vibe of the class to ease me back into it!”
